How much do I get?

The amount due any class member is the excess sales tax of 9.5% collected on any ticket purchases during the affected dates. For example, a single 48″ or taller ticket of $18.00 would have been charged sales tax of $1.71 (9.5%).

How do I make a claim?

What if I do not have a receipt or proof of purchase?

Photo proof with date stamp or metadata showing you or your group at the park on the claimed date(s) may be submitted with the claim form. Verification of photo proof will be done after last claim date.

How will I know my claim is received?

An acknowledgement email will be sent to the Email address on the claim form. This does not mean the claim is accepted. Verification of all claims will be done after last claim date.

How will I know if my claim is approved/denied?

Shortly after the last date for claims filing, allowing for mail time for last day claims, and after claims verification process is completed, an Email will be sent to the Email address on the claim form.

How will I get my money?

After all claims have been processed and verified, a check for the amount improperly collected will be mailed to the claimant at the address on the form.
